“Each session is tailored to the client’s abilities and goals, as well as pushing them to become stronger and healthier in their lifestyle and physical performance. I pull from my experiences as a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and Capoeira lifestyle to bring different ideas and movements to personal training. As important as consistency is, having fun and enjoying your workout is equally important to achieve success!”
