If so, our True Coach program is for you. For just $299 you’ll get access to a 12-week program customized that provides exercise technique coaching, emotional encouragement, and accountability.


Our plans

Who’s the program for?

For both youth and adults, we offer beginner, intermediate, and advance true coach plans. During our consult, we will go over the different between the level and find the plan that best meets your ability and goals. As each plan is customized to the individual we can modify any plan to meet your needs, including past injuries.

  • Initial Consult required to create a program (In person or via Zoom)

  • 2-3 personal training per week 35-55 minutes each, depending on skill level and goal

  • Combo of mobility, dynamics, body weight exercises, and free weights. Based on accessibility to equipment available

  • Ideal for people looking for personal training but travel, already belong to a gym, workout at home.
